 One
of the most critical real estate issues today, Buyer Representation,
is the answer to consumer advocates, consumers and the other
organizations for ethical and professional services to those clients
and customers interested in acquiring real property.
Less than 2% of all real estate agents in the United States are
Accredited Buyer Representatives ABR® with the education and
experience required for membership in the Real Estate Buyer's Agent
Council. Marilyn Mach has achieved this coveted Designation (ABR®),
the benchmark for excellence in Buyer Representation.
What does ABR® mean to you?
You will have the benefit of working with a Broker who will be
working strictly for you in your best interest with skill, care and
exercising due diligence to find the right property, get the best
value, with upfront counseling and a realistic analysis of the
marketplace.
An agent representing both the Seller and the Buyer in the same
transaction creates an obvious conflict of interest because the duty
of confidentiality to one party compromises the duty of full
disclosure to the other. A Buyer's Broker works for only the Buyer
with fiduciary duties to that party only. This makes for a more
satisfying client relationship based on the client's trust and the
broker's undivided loyalty to you, the Buyer.
Achieving wonderful results takes Integrity, Experience and
Commitment. Many of my clients are repeat customers that have
invested wisely and now:
